Lately I have been craving Filipino food, so I might venture out this weekend and get some Filipino food supplies in my kitchen. For now, come be hungry with me. There’s that tin of lumpia (Filipino pork egg rolls) that I swear Kevin can eat in one sitting. And then there’s palabok, a rice noodle dish made with a golden shrimp sauce topped with green onions, crushed pork rinds, and slices of hard boiled eggs. It’s my favorite kind of Filipino pancit (noodle dish), if anyone’s curious ;)
